Warranty
Customizelamps provides a 2-year limited warranty for eligible products purchased through our website, excluding light bulbs.
If your product has a qualifying issue during the warranty period, please contact us at info@customizelamps.com with photos or videos of the problem. We will review your request and reply within 24 hours on business days.
Depending on the issue, we may provide replacement parts, technical support, or another reasonable solution.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, man-made damage, natural disasters, light bulbs, or normal wear and tear.
To ensure safety and proper operation, products should be installed by a qualified electrician.
After the 2-year warranty period, technical support may still be available, but replacement parts, shipping costs, or other related service charges may apply.
