It is recommended that you calculate the arrival time and purchase in advance.
Our daily order processing cutoff time is 17:00 (5:00 PM). Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.
Total estimated delivery time: 44–60 business days
Order Processing Time
As our products are primarily custom-made lighting fixtures, production begins after order confirmation and payment.
- Production lead time: 22–30 business days
- This timeline applies to all customized lighting orders.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays, as well as orders deemed to have potential fraud risks, may experience delays.
Delivery time
Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is generally 22-30 business days after your order is shipped. Additional time may be required during holiday promotions, peak seasons, or adverse weather conditions.
Delivery Commitments
Customize will make every reasonable commercial effort to complete deliveries within the specified timeframes. In the event of delays due to transportation difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances, Customize will endeavour to deliver the products within a reasonable period thereafter.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery address details. Customize cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
If a product must be re-dispatched for any reason, a re-distribution fee will be charged and must be paid before the product is re-delivered.
