Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.

If additional shipping arrangements are required due to address issues, re-delivery, or other special circumstances, any applicable charges will be communicated before further shipment is arranged.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Total estimated delivery time = Order processing time + transit time

Because many of our lighting products require production and preparation before shipment, our estimated timeline is as follows:

• Order processing and production time: 22–30 business days  
• Transit time after shipment: 22–30 business days  
• Total estimated delivery time: 44–60 business days  

Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 17:00 (5:00 PM) will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or if an order is flagged for payment or fraud verification.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Commitment

Customizelamps will make reasonable commercial efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes above. If delays occur due to transportation issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, delivery may take longer than originally estimated.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the damage.

For verified transit damage, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return, replacement, or refund arrangements.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled because they may already have entered production, preparation, or shipping arrangements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed delivery, return, or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
